Ubino is designed to collect as little data as possible. This is not a commercial policy; it is a constraint built into the architecture of the service.

Upon expiry of a flag, the record is erased from the database and the associated media files are deleted from the server. This is neither hiding nor archiving.
An aggregated log — number of items deleted, without any identifying data — documents the effectiveness of this deletion.
The ads displayed are contextual: they depend solely on the keyword searched and on the area being viewed at that moment. They rely on no profile or history.
If you consent to the display of personalised ads, a third-party advertising network may access your device's advertising identifier. This consent is optional, has no effect on access to the service, and is revocable at any time from the settings.
Paying subscribers see no advertising.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Important clarification for users without an account. As we hold no data enabling us to identify you, we are materially unable to link a request to your content. The exercise of your rights therefore takes place through your device — or through your recovery code — which allows you to directly modify and delete what you have published. This limitation is the counterpart of the anonymity we guarantee you.
You may address any complaint to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL, the French data protection authority), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
The application places no advertising tracker without your consent. Audience measurement is carried out under conditions that do not require consent: aggregated data, no cross-referencing, no transmission to third parties.
The service is not intended for children under 15 ans.
